Description of the costume.

This is the costume for the Bell, who is from Pokemon black and white ver.

The top and buttom used school uniform fabric.
It is all in one costume that connected the vest and the puff sleeve on the top.
Made the vest shoulder narrow to give out effect of narrower shoulder even if it is made in the puff sleeve.
We put the side decoration on the skirt, same as the original design.
The hat is made in polarpolise fabric.
