Yes we do take the custom order. In order to get the estimation price, please follow the below form and send to our mail coslook.main@gmail.com (1) Sex / Size If you asking for the estimate price , please look in to the size chart that we are providing. However, when you actually making a order, we want the exact detailed size. (2) The example of costume that you want to get estimated price. Don't for get to write a title of the series. Also give us at least 3~4 picture that shows best detail on the costume. However, please do not use the official site link and the video clip link. It is hard for us to look for the costume and the detail, which lead us to hard to make out the estimation. Also, if there is any change you want to make on the costume, please feel free to tell us. We will consider it while we are making out the estimation. If there is problem comes out while you are uploading a file, please contact us with coslook.main@gmail.com. (3) Including items Please give us detailed on the item that you want to get commissioned, ex)hair ornament, top, bottom, jacket, pants, broach, and so and so. If you got all the content that is listed on the above, the next step is to ask us the estimation.

Return / Exchange policy  It is possible to exchange the product when there is a size miss.   However return is not acceptable in any cases, except when the mistake was made from us.   We will require any sort of receipt that shows that the product was received, before the return.
